We’ll Never Ask for Money on Social Media
We do not request payments or personal information through social media, text messages, or direct messages. The only trusted places to make payments or reservations with us are:
- Our official website
- Our hotel booking engine
- Our official ticketing provider
If someone reaches out pretending to be us and asks for money or sensitive information, it’s a scam. Stop, block, and report them.
Watch for Red Flags
Scammers may try to trick you with fake:
- Profiles or pages using our name and logo
- Fake apps not available in the app store
- “Promotions” or “giveaways” that require payment or personal info
- Urgent messages pushing you to act quickly
